Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Right Key collects when you use the platform, why we collect it, and who it's shared with. It applies to customers, estate agents, and housebuilders using the site.

Information we collect

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, and, for agents and builders, company/agency name and role, collected when you register.
• Listing content — property and development details and photos that agents and builders upload. Photos are stored via Cloudflare Images.
• Enquiries — the message you send about a listing, and a one-time verification code (OTP) used to confirm the enquiry is genuinely from you before it reaches the agent or builder.
• Verification documents — RERA registration and KYC details submitted by agents and builders as part of the manual approval process.
• Account activity — saved/shortlisted properties, sign-in sessions, and basic usage of your portal.

How we use it

We use this information to run the platform: showing you relevant listings, letting agents and builders manage their properties and leads, verifying enquiries before contact details are shared, and reviewing agent/builder applications before they can publish.

Who we share it with

Your contact details are shared with an agent or builder only after you verify an OTP on a specific enquiry — never before, and never just from browsing listings. We don't sell personal data to third parties. Listing photos are hosted by Cloudflare Images and account data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider.

Your choices

You can update your account details from your portal's account settings at any time. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at support@rightkey.in.
